Ang Film/Digital Notes ay naglalaman ng deskripsyon ng mga microfilm o microfiche number. Ang ilang mga FamilySearch center at mga affiliate library ay nag-iingat ng mga koleksyon ng mga microfilm o microfiche na ipinahiram na noon.
