"Not Available" means that a person's temple ordinance information is unavailable to view in Family Tree.

You can dismiss some data problems in Family Tree.

Family Tree does not qualify people who lived before A.D. 200 for temple ordinances unless they are from China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, or Singapore.

To get approval to move microfilms or microfiche that you ordered to a different center, contact FamilySearch Support.

Please attach all record hints, even if they appear to be duplicates. If you look at each hint carefully, you usually discover differences.
