Use the correct FamilySearch link for affiliate access.

Use the main FamilySearch URL on all library computers and on your website: https://www.FamilySearch.org/

This URL ensures that patrons start from the correct entry point for affiliate access.

Request your library’s FamilySearch usage data.

The usage report shows how your library’s affiliate access is being used. To request your data, email the affiliate library support team at affiliatelibraries@FamilySearch.org.

Limited Access

Some digital images on FamilySearch have access restrictions.

  • If you see the message “Access the site at a FamilySearch affiliate” when you are already in an affiliate library, visit the support page.
