"On the three rolls of this microfilm publication, M1482, are reproduced card manifests of nearly 19,000 alien and citizen arrivals at Hogansburg, Malone, Morristown, Nyando (now known as Rooseveltown), Ogdensburg, Rooseveltown, and Waddington, NY, from July 1929 to April 1956. The cards are arranged according to the Soundex coding system and include permanent, temporary, statistical, and nonstatistical arrivals. These records are part of the Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Record Group 85." -- p. 1.

Includes name, place of birth, home address, country of citizenship, destination in U.S., name of person visiting, occupation, and intended length of stay in U.S.
