Notes

The index was originally created by the Historical Records Survey in 1937.

The binding of these books is not totally accurate. Only the first volume in the series is a register. The remaining volumes are marriage records with license, consent (if needed), application and return.

The targets are not accurate as to place and county of filming.

There are some missing pages in the register.

Includes general index to all records and individual indexes for all items except no. 8 of the records.

Loose records do not seem to be arranged in any particular order. There are missing jacket numbers including blocks and some are misfiled.
