The probate records were recorded in the Territorial Probate Court until statehood in 1912. At that time, the probate cases were transferred to the Superior Court.
Territorial Probate Court covers case numbers 1-288, boxes 16-23. Superior Court covers case numbers 40-849, boxes 24-38. Box 15 contains unnumbered probate cases.
Includes general index, listing name, box number, case number, year, and guardian/estates.
