The first two-thirds of the book deal with the creation of the cemetery, its title deeds, incorporation, officers and trustees, by-laws and proceedings of the Underhill Society of America, and an ode to the memory of Captain John Underill. The latter part of the book gives a records of the interments in the cemetery, most of these interments being for Underhill individuals.

Includes interments for Cocks (Cox, Cock), Cozzens, Feeks (Feke), Goldin (Golden, Golding), Latting, Secker and other families.
