Fiduciaries are people who hold monies in trust for other people, often in connection with a deceased person's estates.
The County Court ceased to exist by 1904 and was replaced by the Circuit Court.
Volumes are individually indexed.
Gives names of fiduciaries; in what capacity qualified; names of wards, decedents (testator or intestate), and insane; penalty of bond; names of sureties; and date of order conferring authority. Added later were the date of order of revocation; date of return of inventory and account sales; date of settlement by fiduciary; and state of account settled.
