Microfilm of original records at the Albemarle County Courthouse in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Some documents were badly damaged or faded.

The County Court existed until 1904 when it was replaced by the Circuit Court. The bonds were registered or filed with clerks for these courts.

Contains copies of and unbound original bonds. Includes some parental permissions.
