George John Feazel, was born between 1765-1770, perhaps in Virginia, the son of Michael Feazel, the immigrant. He married Margaret Pehr in 1790 in Bedford County, Virginia. They had eight children, ca. 1792-ca. 1807. The family was living in Hawkins County, Tennessee, ca. 1792 and settled in the vicinty of Downsville, Louisiana, ca. 1811. Their son, John O. Feazel (1800-1877) was born in Hawkins County, Tennessee. He married Christiana Ferguson (1806-after 1870) in 1824 in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. They had ten children, ca. 1825-ca. 1842, born in Union Parish, Louisiana. Descendants listed lived in Louisiana and elsewhere.

Includes the Sutton, Gresham, Bagwell, and other related families.
