In 1886 Fort Worth Presbyterian Church, U.S. changed it's name to First Presbyterian Church, U.S. In 1888 the Fort Worth Cumberland Presbyterian Church changed its' name to the Taylor Street Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In 1906 Taylor Street Cumberland Presbyterian Church changed its' name to Taylor Street Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. In 1916 Taylor Street Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. joined with First Presbyterian Church, U.S. to form a federated church named First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth, Texas.
