Henry Aylor (also spelled Oehler) was born in Wuertemberg, Germany, ca. 1723-1724 and died in 1806 in Madison County. The Aylor family settled in Madison County, Virginia.

The Snyder family follows the lines of John Snyder and Philip Snyder who may have been brothers. John Snyder came to Virginia ca. 1740 while Philip Snyder came also ca. 1740. The Snyder family settled in Culpeper and Madison counties, Virginia.

Robert Tanner was born in Germany ca. 1685-1690 and came to Germanna, Virginia in 1720 with his wife and children. He died sometime after 1739, probably in Orange County. The Tanner family settled in Orange and Madison counties, Virginia.
