The County Court ceased to exist ca. 1902 and was replaced by the Circuit Court.
Bonds are legal documents which place persons, their heirs, executors or administrators, under obligation to perform certain acts. They would have to pay a set amount of money if these actions were not completed.
Contains bonds for public offices, such as constable or commissioner of the revenue; ordinations of ministers; appointments of guardians, executors, or administrators; etc.
