Letters testamentary confirm appointments of executors and show names of estate and executor and date appointment, etc. Letters of administration show dates and purposes of bonds, name of surety, name of testators, amounts of bonds and names of witnesses, etc. Bonds and letters show names of deceased, types of letters or bonds, names of administrators or executors, names of witnesses, etc. Letter Letters of guardianship for estates of minors show names of estates, names of guardians, names of wards, dates of appointment, etc.
