Lawrence Howse I (d.1751/1752) settled in 1727 in Surry (later Brunswick and now Greensville) County, Virginia, and married twice. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Montana, Idaho and elsewhere.
