The County Court ceased to exist by 1904 and was replaced by the Circuit Court.

Fiduciaries are people who hold monies in trust for other people, often in connection with a deceased person's estate.

Gives names of fiduciaries and character in which they act (executor, administrator, or guardian); names of decedents whose estates are represented; names of living person for whom fiduciaries act, either as guardian, curator or committee; penalty of bond; names of sureties; date of order conferring authority; and date of the order revoking authority, if revoked.
