Microfilm of original records at the Dinwiddie County Courthouse in Dinwiddie, Virginia.

The County Court ceased to exist by 1904 and was replaced by the Circuit Court. Later documents were recorded with the clerk of the Circuit Court.

Fiduciaries are people who hold monies in trust for other people, often in connection with a deceased person's estates. These volumes contain their reports to the court on the handling of these trusts.
