Thomas Sealock (fl.1762-1820) married Susanna Cooper in 1763, and moved from Chester County, Pennsylvania to Loudoun County, Virginia between 1771 and 1774. They later moved to Fauquier County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Kansas and elsewhere. There are various legends and stories about Sealock ancestry, but nothing yet proven.

Includes Beaty (Beatty), Cooper, Fox, Garrett, Henry, Rutherford and related families.
