Family history and genealogical information about the descendants of Elijah Dodson who was born ca. 1790 in Hawkins Co., Tennessee. He married Mary (surname unknown) 12 March 1807 in Claiborne Co., Tennessee. Mary had six children and died 1 May 1848. Elijah married a widow named Elizabeth Fulkerson Garret Hines. They lived in Yamhill Co., Oregon. Elijah was the father of eight children and died 9 January 1860. Descendants lived in Oregon, Missouri, Washington, California and elsewhere.

Includes information on the Dawson, Deal, Inlow, Lady and Ragsdale families.
