John Woolard, Sr. of North Farnum Parish, Rappahannock County, Virginia married Mary in about 1681 and had five children. His son, John, (1685-1738), married Ann and had six children. His other son, Richard (1691-1764) married Sarah and had nine children. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and elsewhere.
