"This photostat copy was made at the Connecticut State Library from the original volume of records covering the years 1718-1932 of the Congregational Church of Franklin, Connecticut, (formerly the second Church in Norwich). Franklin Society was established October 1716 as West Farms Society in Norwich by division of the First Society and sometimes called Norwich West Society. Part was set off May 1761 as Norwich Eighth Society. The Part of Norwich including this Society was incorporated May 1786 as Franklin.".
Includes admissions, dismissions, minutes, baptisms, marriages, deaths, trustees records and other miscellaneous records.
