Also known as "Register of slaves freed".
The giving or renewal of the certificate showing the person as free occurred in the County Court but was recorded with the county clerk.
Contains copies of certificates nos. 92-248. The certificate gives the name of the free person, age, physical description, whether free born or emancipated, and when recorded.
