This record is schedule 3 mortality schedule of the eighth census of the United States providing statistical information on persons who died during the year ending 30 June 1860, such as name, age, sex, race, free slave or slave married or widowed, state or nation of births, month or death, occupation, cause of death and number of days ill. Often remarks are included by the recording marshal. The census returns are arranged alphabetically by county name.
