Lists name, army serial number, race, residence, where inducted, date inducted, place of birth, age, organizations served in with dates of assignments and transfers, grades with date of appointment, engagements, wounds or other injuries received in action, service overseas, honorably discharged or demobilization date, percent disabled in view of occupation, remarks.
