The marriages in the first volume (1858-1867) were recorded by the ex-officio recorder, county clerk, justice of the peace, and the probate judge. All other volumes were recorded by the probate judge for the probate court.
The marriage applications are also known as marriage affidavits.
Each volume is individually indexed.
