Walter Trimble (1700/1703-ca.1791) and his wife, Rosannah, moved from Augusta County, Virginia to land near Abingdon, Washington County, Virginia. They later moved back to Augusta County, and then to Greene County, Tennessee. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, California and elsewhere. Biographical sketches and family history are on the verso of many family group records. Includes some details of research done and possibilities existing regarding ancestry of Walter Trimble.
Includes Clyman, Hively, Jordan, Killingsworth, Leverly, McGraw, Sultemeier, Teel, Whiteaker and related families.
