Notes

Robert Allison (1710-1769) lived in Augusta County Virginia. Howard family traced to Lord William Howard who came to the U.S. ca. 1760 and the family settled in Virginia. Conners are traced to George Washington Connor, born ca. 1815 in Patrick County, Virginia. Descendants lived in Virginia, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, and elsewhere.

Includes Ashlin, Beamer, Cecil, Conner, Crockett, Dunford, Farris, Howard, Huff, Jackson, Jennings, Lowman, Mowles, Shelton, Turman and related families.
