Microfilm of originals at the Harrison County Courthouse in Marshall, Texas.

Some pages are torn, taped, faded, etc.

Some of the documents were initiated back before Texas became a state, and was known as the Republic of Texas.

Judgements and decrees not found in the civil case papers may be found in the district civil case minutes and divorce record.

On film 1437485 the numbering of the documents reverted back to the number 1 (one) in 1905 and run numerically thereafter.
