Thomas Lewis was born 5 May 1776 in North Carolina. He married Ann Lee (born 5 January 1776) ca. 1799. Ann was the daughter of William Lee and Susannah Pike. Thomas and Ann lived in Blount Co., Tennessee and were the parents of eight known children. Descendants lived in Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas and Elsewhere.
