Some of the documents are stored in units referred to as drawers others are referred to as boxes. When using the indexes they all will be referred to as boxes. This is important for the index contains the information of the divorces, naturalizations, and removal of minority disabilities of a minor, also some custody cases that are listed separately. The arrangement of suits in each box is not alphabetical or numerical. It is important to check all suits in a box for proper information.

NOTE: The boxes are numbered in sequence numerically but not all boxes have suits in them. The empty ones are indicated on the film by the targets.

Judgements of a particular suit may not always be found with the suit, but may be found in the County Court records or the District Level Offices. Very few judgements of the case or suit are given.
