Basel Woolley (ca. 1803-1881) was born in Barnwell County, South Carolina. He and his wife, Susannah Cumba (1808-1880), had eleven children, 1827-1850. The family migrated to Conyers, Georgia, ca. 1829. Children and grandchildren lived in Georgia, Texas and elsewhere.
