Notes

Thomas Dale (d.1692) immigrated during or before 1653 (probably from England) to Warrick County, Virginia; his son, Reuben Dale, lived in Richmond County, Virginia and possibly died in 1694. There was another unrelated Thomas Dale, a son of 1638 immigrant Nicholas Dale. Descendants and relatives of Thomas Dale (d.1692) lived in Virginia, Kentucky, Missouri, California, New York, New Jersey and elsewhere.
