Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Robinson families who came mainly from England, Ireland and Scotland. In the 1700's, some early ancestors settled in Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Virginia. Some focus is on (but not limited to) descendants of Christopher Robinson who immigrated to Virginia in 1666. He built the Hewick Plantation ca. 1678, which is the Robinson's historic family home, in Urbanna, Middlesex County, Virginia. Christopher's uncle, Richard Robinson, immigrated earlier to Tidewater area near Urbanna. During the 1800's, some families migrated to Nova Scotia and Quebec (Canada), and Alabama, California, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. Later descendants and relatives also lived in British Columbia and New Brunswick (Canada), in England, and in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, and elsewhere.
