The Russian River Cemetery District was formed on July 1, 1951, with the consolidation of the Masonic Cemetery (Eversole), Odd Fellows Cemetery, Christian Cemetery, Baptist Cemetery, Methodist Cemetery, and St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
