Thomas Harbour (1685-1777) immigrated from Wales to Charles City County, Virginia and married Sarah Witt in 1715. They later moved to Hanover and Goochland Counties and then to Henry and Patrick Counties, Virginia. Descendants and relatives also lived in Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, New York, New Jersey and elsewhere.
