Lanark County was part of Johnstown District until 1822 when Bathurst District was created. It was part of Bathurst District until 1849 when the Ontario judicial districts were abolished. Montague Township (Lanark County) was part of Johnstown District until 1845 when it became part of Bathurst District.
Andrewsville is partly located in Grenville County and Smith's Falls is partly located in Leeds County.
Contains memorials and other instruments involving land transactions.
Each volume is individually indexed except Lanark County registers A-I.
