The Probate Court and the Court of Ordinary both recorded probate records and were staffed by the same court personnel.

Contains wills, inventories, appraisements, administration letters, guardianship papers, division of real estate, and estate accounts.

Many of the files contain mixed dates that are not in order.

Many numbers were not used or were missing at the time of filming.

Includes partial index.
