Thomas Coffer, son of John and Jane (Bennett) Coffer, lived in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. He married Oliffe (Olive) Ward, daughter of Thomas Ward. His will was dated 1783 and recorded 1784. Descendants lived in Virginia.
