Microfilm of original records in the Laurens County courthouse, Laurens, South Carolina.

Enrollment committees in each township recorded names in a township book that were later filed with the clerk of court who used them to create a county enrollment book. Includes listings of American Civil War veterans from the county. Includes town of residence, name of veteran, arm of service with regiment, etc. Includes rank, age place and cause of death if deceased. Includes only the township of Jacks, Scuffleton, and Youngs.

Volume is alphabetically arranged by surname.
