These are selected notes on slips of paper containing records of baptisms, marriages, and deaths. The church is Christ Lutheran Church in York. 2) Hanover, York Co., Pennsylvania; Records of Emanuel Reformed Church. These are accounts for 1766-1797; [17] p. 3) St. Matthews Lutheran Church records, Hanover, York Co., Pa.; also known as "Cannawacke"; accession no. 2168. [23] leaves. Contains baptisms 1743-1755. 4) Kirchen-Buch vor die Evangelisch-Lutherische Gemeinde in Germany Township [Adams County]; [45] leaves. This is St. John's Lutheran, later moved to Littlestown. Contains baptisms 1763-1799, communicants 1783-1795, confirmations 1783, some finances. 5) St. Matthews church records, Hanover, Pa.; [6] leaves. Contains marriages 1743-1744, 1753-1755, 1756. 6) Tanistown; [2] leaves. Accounts 1767-1769. This is the Reformed Church [now Grace Reformed] in Taneytown, Carroll Co., Maryland and not located in York Co., Pennsylvania.
