William Wofford Tucker was born in 1752 in Amherst County, Virginia, son of Drury Tucker and Susannah Douglas. He married Nancy Lee (Leigh or Lea) in 1778. She was born 1762 at Amherst County, Virginia. They had thirteen children. William died May 29, 1829 in Casey County, Kentucky; and Nancy died ca. 1830 also in Kentucky.
Descendants are located in Florida, Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio and elsewhere.
