Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Brafford (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from England, Ireland, and Scotland in the 1600-1700's. Some focus is on (but not limited to) the following immigrants: John Braford, who left England in 1619, and was killed by Indians in 1622 near Jamestown, Virginia; Scot-Irishman Samuel Braford (d. 1787) and his wife Susannah (Ann) Hunter of Augusta County, Virginia; and Samuel Braford, Sr. who settled in Pennsylvania, then moved to Augusta County, Virginia. Samuel married Ann Spotswood in 1740. Other Bradford descendants also live in England, and in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and elsewhere.
