Microfilm of original and typescript at the Culpeper County courthouse in Culpeper, Virginia.

The County Court was abolished in 1904 and its functions were assumed by the Circuit Court.

The Superior Court of Law was abolished in 1831 and its functions were assumed by the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery.

The Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery was abolished in 1851 and its functions were assumed by the Circuit Court.

Includes partial index in some volumes.

Contains wills, inventories, accounts of estates, and appraisements.
