Many pages are light or faded and are hard and difficult to read.

The documents are bundled together according to year. However, the bundles are not in chronological order. The documents appear to have been put in the bundle in the order they were received during the year. The operator has numbered each bundle and banded it to identify the bundle. He put them in the box in the order which he found them. The years after the bundle numbers in the operator reports are those which are written on the original bands around the bundles. However, they are not necessarily correct. Therefore he has listed the years as those stated on the box.

Some bundles were digitized in reverse numerical order.
