Microfilm of originals in the Williamson County Courthouse in Georgetown, Texas.

The civil minutes recorded in the "minute books" are actually two different documents; some of the books are record books which contain all the instruments brought before the court and some are minute books containing only the cases brought before the court and final judgments and decrees.

Includes general index with some volumes individually indexed.

Papers include divorces, expartes for citizenship, removal of disabilities of a minor, name changes, heirships, and other miscellaneous information.
