Includes ancestors and descendants of Forrest Sherman Knox. Son of Sherman Lincoln and Frances Davis Knox, Sherman was born 19 July 1893 at Wauneta, Nebraska and died 8 March 1965 at Loveland, Colorado where he was buried in Lakeside Cemetery. He married Nellie Maude Starkey, daughter of Frances E. and Ida Burton Starkey, on 14 June 1916 at Boelus, Nebraska. Nellie was born 8 March 1893 at Newark, Nebraska. Forrest Sherman Knox is desended from "Thomas Knox [who] was born probably in Nansemond County, Virginia. ... [and his wife] Mary, who died 12 Nov., 1761."--P. 2-3. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Ohio, Nebraska, Iowa, California, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas and elsewhere.
