The County Court existed until 1904 when it was replaced by the Circuit Court. The Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery was established in 1831 and also replaced in 1850 by the Circuit Court.
Many of the later documents were filed with the clerk of the court.
Contains wills, inventories, appraisements, sale bills, accounts, etc.
Includes general index. Vols. 2-3, 6-8 and 10-11 are also individually indexed.
