Dates given are the dates the documents were registered with the court or the court's clerk. Dates within the documents are often earlier.

Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery was established in 1831. It was replaced by 1851 by the Circuit Court. The Circuit Court also replaced the County Court by 1904.

Contains wills, inventories, appraisements, sale bills (or lists of sales), accounts of administrators or guardians, and other probate documents.

Includes general index. Many volumes are also individually indexed.
