The last pages of item 3 on film 1571844 contain the following: registry of those who volunteered from Shelby County in the Army of the Confederate States under Capt. B. F. Sawyer, 13 Aug. 1861 and also Capt. Faulkners Co. from Autaugaville, Autauga County. These registries contain birth dates, birth places and marital status. Also listed is "Articles of clothing deposited with the judge of probate for Shelby County, Alabama, by the ladys [sic] for the Confederate Army under the call of Gov. Moore, Aug. 1861" and a list of Shelby County women and the clothing they donated.
