All localities are in Pennsylvania unless otherwise noted. Rev. Shaffner was in Abbottstown in Adams County and Zion's Reformed Church in Manchester, Maryland in 1807; in 1807-1808 he was in the town of Lebanon and in Dauphin County; in 1807-1809 he was in Baltimore (city or county?), Maryland. He served Rapho Reformed in Lancaster County 1807-1839; in 1808 he was also at David's Reformed in Upper Paxton Township in Dauphin County, Schaefferstown, and in Hagerstown, Maryland. He served Blaser's Reformed Church in West Donegal Township and Elizabethtown 1808-1839, the Reformed Church in Maytown and Salem Reformed in Columbia 1808-1847, St. Paul's Reformed in Manheim 1808-1845, Zion Reformed in Marietta 1817-1847, and Black Horse Reformed in Strasburg Township. In 1815 he was in Silver Run, Maryland. There are other localities he served as preaching stations.
